How a Strategic Investor Could Help Your Business

Have you ever considered taking on an investor?

Having met with and presented before scores of angel investors, investment bankers and venture capitalists over the years, my advice would be, “proceed with caution.”

These types of investors might be able to write you a big check, but they can’t do much else to help you.

Your business could probably use help in a lot of areas far beyond paying a few bills and investing in new plant and equipment.

Areas like marketing, production, distribution and outsourcing that could both increase your sales and reduce your costs, creating a dramatically more efficient, profitable, and fun business to run.

That’s where a strategic investor, like this week’s Radio Free Enterprise guest Marty Fahncke, can help.

Marty’s approach to investing is very much like what you may have seen on the TV show The Profit, but with some important distinctions that I think most business owners would find more attractive.

Be sure to tune in to hear what Marty has to say and learn more about how a strategic investor could help your business.
