Have you ever heard yourself say that?
I think we all have. We hear others say it too. Unfortunately, very few of us ever git ‘er done.
That’s a shame because very few things can lend more authority and credibility to your professional reputation than becoming a published author. Sending someone your book in response to a request for your resume is a real game changer.
Now, writing a book is a big job but it can be done, if you know the system. Much like eating an elephant, it can only be done one bite at a time.
A little over ten years ago I bought a book by a guy who wrote a book about how to write a book. I followed the instructions and published my first title in January 2005.
Since then I’ve published in hard cover, paperback, Kindle and audiobook formats.
So I was able to check that item off my bucket list, which is nice.
