We need advice, direction and leadership.

All of us need to take the following steps as soon as possible:
- Step affirmatively into your role as a leader
- Create your plan and share it with all stakeholders
- Convert fixed costs to variable costs wherever possible
- Dramatically reduce payroll
- Jettison any activity that isn’t part of your company’s core mission
- Learn to effectively hire, manage, and measure remote workers
